Declaration of verification

A declaration of verification is a document issued for devices that do not have the character of a template and are therefore not subject to calibration. The appropriate form of control for this type of instrument is the check. The Declaration of Verification document is also issued for instruments delivered for service when the customer has not chosen the calibration.
