- How to prepare for a customized training?
The details of customized trainings will be discussed individually while preparing the offer.
- How long is an online training?
An online training takes between 1 and 3 hours, depending on the subject. You can find this information in the description of the particular training.
- Where can I check the current training dates?
To check the current dates of trainings, enter the KNOWLEDGE CENTER tab, and then go to UPCOMMING TRAININGS, where all of the nearest trainings dates are published.
- How can I get an offer for a customized training?

- How to prepare for an online training?
To join the online training, the participant needs a computer with Internet access (min. 5 Mb/s) and speakers or headphones and any type of internet browser.
Once you register, you will receive an automatic confirmation with a link to the webinar. There will be also a possibility to save this event to your calendar (Google, Apple, Outlook) and create a reminder. The time and date should automatically adjust to your timezone (there is a “convert to my timezone” button on the invitation email).
All registered participants will also receive a reminder email with link to the webinar 30 min before the event.
During the training, it is possible to ask questions in the form of a chat.
