SONEL ID USER ACCOUNT REGULATIONS

§ 1 General provisions

These Regulations define the terms of operation and use of the SONEL ID User Account and the terms and conditions of using the services available to the User holding the account.

§ 2 Definitions

SONEL ID Client Account – a set of resources and rights assigned to a specific user, established by means of a registration form available on websites and platforms run by SONEL S.A., listed in Appendix No. 1 hereto, providing the User with access to the services provided by SONEL S.A. on particular websites.
Controller – Sonel S. A., based in Świdnica, address: ul. Wokulskiego 11, 58-100 Świdnica, entered into the Companies Register by the District Court for Wrocław-Fabryczna, 9th Economic Division of the National Court Register, under KRS no. 0000090121, with fully paid-up capital of PLN 1,400,000, tax id. no. (NIP): 8840033448, business id. no. (REGON): 890236667 (hereinafter referred to as SONEL S.A.)
User – a natural person, legal person or organisational unit without legal personality that effectively activates a User Account
Client Panel – an individual panel made available to each Client by Sonel S.A., after the Client Registration and conclusion of a service provision agreement concerning the Client Panel.

§ 3 Registration

Creation of the User Account is voluntary and free of charge.
The contract concerning use of the account is concluded between the User and the Administrator for an indefinite period of time upon the end of the registration process.
The registration of the SONEL ID Client Account is possible by filling in the registration form on one of the websites listed in Appendix No. 1.
By filling in the registration form on one of the websites referred to in section 3, the User shall establish one SONEL ID Client Account that gives them access to the services provided by SONEL S.A. on particular websites.
The user receives one login and password to use on all SONEL S.A. websites and platforms.
After completing the registration form, an activation link will be sent to the e-mail address provided by the User, along with a message about creation of the account and a request for its activation.
The e-mail message referred to in section 6 shall be sent from the following address: [email protected]
The activation screen of the account will appear upon clicking the link sent to the e-mail address provided during the registration and it will come from the domain id.sonel.com.

§ 4 Logging in

Once the User Account is created on one of the websites listed in Appendix No. 1 and the User logs in to it, the User shall gain access to all other services provided by SONEL S.A.

§ 5 Processing of personal data

The Controller of personal data is SONEL S.A. with its registered office in Świdnica (58-100) at ul. Wokulskiego 11. The Users’ personal data are used and processed by the Controller solely for the purpose of establishing a User Account and providing services available in the User’s Account.
Providing data is voluntary, but failure to provide them makes it impossible to set up a user account.
The User has the right to access their personal data, request rectification, supplementation, erasure or restriction of processing. The User also has the right to object to processing of their personal data, the right to transfer them, as well as lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
The collected data shall be processed in accordance with legal provisions binding in the Republic of Poland, including especially the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR), Act of 10 May 2018 on protection of personal data and Act of 18 July 2002 on provision of services by electronic means.

§ 6 Complaints and deletion of an account

Any complaints related to functioning of the User Account should be submitted to the following address [email protected]
Complaints shall be considered by the Controller within no more than 14 days from the date of receipt of the notification.
However, the Controller reserves the right to extend the complaint processing period if it is necessary to obtain additional explanations from the User, use specialist information or there are other obstacles independent of the Controller. The User will be informed about the extension of the time of processing the complaint by e-mail to the address from which the complaint was filed.
In order to delete the Client Account, the User has to contact the Administrator via e-mail: [email protected] sending a request to delete the Account. The notification will be considered by the Controller within no more than 14 days from the date of receipt of the notification. After the expiry of the period, the Client’s Account shall be irretrievably deleted and the User shall lose access to all websites indicated in Appendix No. 1.

§ 7 Final provisions

The services provided by the Administrator to which the User obtains access after establishing the User Account and terms of using them are described in separate regulations.
The Administrator reserves the right to amend these Regulations.
In matters which not regulated hereby, provisions of generally applicable law, in particular the Civil Code, shall apply.
The Controller reserves the right to update Appendix No. 1 to the Regulations at any time without the need to inform the Users thereof. An update of Appendix No. 1 shall not constitute an amendment to these Regulations.
