The standard in electromobility
EVSE charging stations have become an integral part of public and private spaces. We design our products with maximum user safety and comfort in mind due to the from proper lighting of the charging areas.
The most important features of EV meters
  • Comprehensive diagnostics of stationary AC charging stations and ICCB charging cables
  • Simulation of fault conditions and error detection
  • Diagnostics and measurements of portable AC charging stations (EVCS)
  • Simulation of vehicle communication states and cable current-carrying capacity
  • Automatic generation of complete test reports
  • Advanced electrical safety measurements
Comprehensive diagnostics of AC and DC charging stationsComprehensive support for wallbox and column charging points (EVCS) and portable chargers with cable control system (ICCB). One device ensures complete security verification and communications in accordance with applicable regulations.
Simulation of operating states and cable parametersQuick verification of station response by simulating vehicle connection status (CP line) and charging cable load current (PP line) in the range from 13 A to 80 A. This allows you to check the behavior of the charger in different working states.
Analysis of PWM signal and network parametersPrecise reading of communication parameters and monitoring of the power system. Diagnosis includes measuring the voltage, frequency and filling of the control signal along with controlling the presence of the voltage and the correct sequence of the connection phases.
Earth resistance and fault loop impedance measurementsPrecise assessment of the charging station’s protection against electric shock and lightning protection system in accordance with IEC 62305 and IEC 60364. It includes earth resistance measurements, as well as high-current measurements of very low fault loop impedances and touch voltages.
Safety tests and fault simulationComprehensive testing of RCD parameters and the insulation resistance of the connections. The system enables fault simulation, including a diode short circuit or an interruption in the protective conductor, to verify the effectiveness of the protective devices.
Illuminance measurementsIlluminance measurements make it possible to verify working and safety conditions in areas containing electric vehicle charging infrastructure, which is often located in publicly accessible spaces. Charging stations must meet the relevant lighting requirements to ensure safe and ergonomic use.
Power qualityPower quality analyzers enable continuous monitoring of the parameters of the power supply network serving EV charging infrastructure, including harmonic analysis, voltage dips and reactive power. The system makes it possible to assess the impact of chargers on the power grid and quickly identify issues affecting the operational stability of charging stations and user convenience.
